To make the original version
1 - download the patch from here
Part N° 2
2 - After loading .. unzip .. will result in no patch folder and file NotePad - Read Me
3 - Copy the patch crack and name (amtlib.dll) and paste in the following path:
C: \ Program Files \ Adobe \ Adobe After Effects CS4[RH]\ Support Files \
Will ask if you want to replace the file .. Click OK
